RMA (Returns Authorisation) FORM

If an item purchased from us develops a fault or is ordered/supplied incorrectly then in the first instance please contact our customer service team on 01604 589000 and someone will be able to assist you.

If an item is to be returned then please click on the link to complete the returns form, you will be required to input the invoice and serial number/s and date. All fields are required to be completed and to the best of your knowledge.

You cannot return an item/s without a valid authorisation number, goods returned without following the procedure will not be dealt with nor returned to you, and if not collected within 30 days will be destroyed.

  • RMA numbers will only be issued if all of the information supplied is correct and within the warranty period.
  • RMA numbers issued will be valid for 10 working days and the products must be returned within this period. Products will be refused outside of this period.
  • Products can only be returned with a valid RMA number.
  • Products for return must be in the original packaging and or condition purchased unless prior authorisation has been given in writing.

If Accepted (A copy of the authorised RMA form must be sent with the products)

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods at their expense to us, unless prior authorisation has been given in writing.
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on a label on the box in such a way that the original box is excluded from damage.
  • The product should be well packaged to avoid damage.

Common Reasons For Refusal (Products will only be returned when carrier costs have been agreed)

  • If the product is returned incomplete and not as originally received/Packaging has been written on.
  • If the product is returned as DOA or not working in your enviroment but is tested to be functioning OK or as described at point of sale.
  • If the warranty/identification sticker has been removed.
  • If the product is received damaged/insufficently packaged.
  • If there is not a valid RMA number visible on the outside of the box.
