The entry model in the Avaya one-X™ Deskphone Edition family, the Avaya 9610 IP Telephone is a state of the art IP ready welcome phone for the modern 'Walkup' business user. Designed for busy receptions, lobby areas and annexes, the 9610 IP is designed for 'Walkup' users: including regular staff and visitors who might seek to quick dial reception from different public spaces within the building. The 3.33 inch diagonal, backlit display supports a single call appearance, with no hold, conference or transfer capabilities. Instead, a built-in web browser enhances productivity through access to building directories, visitor information, news and events. The attractive modern features of the 9600 IP series telephone include superior audio quality, context sensitive user interfaces, one-touch feature access and a high resolution graphical display. Further enhancements can be achieved through the flexible modular design, with support for add-on modules, adapters. Customisation options include faceplates, background display images and screen savers. The Avaya 9610 IP Phone is only compatible with the Avaya Communication Manager platform which incorporates the Multivantage Express (MVE).
