Wholesale Line Rental (WLR)

By offering the wholesale line rental of BT PSTN and ISDN lines, Comms Group can provide you with high quality, reliable BT lines.

If your lines are currently with BT Retail or any other service providers (BT wholesale customers), you can transfer those existing BT lines to us with ease and no loss in service.

PSTN/Analogue

Analogue PSTN lines are a cost effective telephony solution providing a reliable and high quality service suitable for residential and business customers. They are available in residential, business single and business multi-line options. This line type is required for broadband/ADSL connections.

ISDN2e

A 2 channel circuit that enables the user to have 2 simultaneous calls. You can order multiple ISDN2e line to increase the capacity (e.g. two ISDN2e lines give you 4 channels, three ISDN2e lines give you 6 channels...etc). You can have as many DDI numbers as you want on the line to give each member of staff an incoming telephone number but share the available capacity on the line.

ISDN30e

When more than 6 ISDN channels are required, ISDN30e becomes a more cost-effective option. Each ISDN30e line has a minimum order of 8 channels up to 30 channels. If more than 30 channels are required, multiple ISDN30e lines can be ordered. Again the ISDN line can have as many DDI numbers as your customer requires in order to give each member of staff their presence for receiving incoming calls. The ISDN30e option is particularly suitable for larger organisations or those with extensive simultaneous calling requirements such as call centres.
